JVM ELECTROMAGNETIC DRIVES - MS SERIES

Electromagnetic drives are used in various industries in the processes of transport, dosing and screening of bulk materials. The drives are also suitable for cyclic operation due to the immediate achievement of maximum amplitude and direct stop at shutdown.

In all JOST JVM magnetic vibrators the amplitude is continuously adjustable during operation. In this way the flow rate can easily be adjusted to the process requirements.

The electromagnetic drives generate linear vibrations and operate at vibration frequencies of 25, 30 or 50Hz. MS drives are available in seven sizes, as well as in versions with higher operational weight with lower oscillation amplitudes (MS 30 ± 80). This wide range allows you to select the optimum drive for your application and process.

ELECTROMAGNETIC DOSING DRIVES JVM - SERIES JD

JVM dosing drives designed for continuous and cyclic operation. Sophisticated technology combined with a compact design with a minimum blind spot and the IP65 protection class guarantees safety, reliability and ease of cleaning.

The electromagnetic drives generate linear vibrations and are controlled by thyristor controllers. JD drives are mainly used for dosing, mixing and feeding tasks in the packaging, weighing and automation industries, with small and medium capacities.

During operation the amplitude can be continuously adjusted by means of a thyristor controller. The speed of the vibrating feeder can be adjusted from standstill to maximum capacity by means of a potentiometer or a setpoint.

In order to achieve optimum vibration parameters even with different influences of the transported material, each drive is adjusted to your specific operating weight.

Electromagnetic drives are mainly used to work with vibrating feeders and dispensers. They cooperate with gutters of open, closed, perforated, U or V-shaped construction. Electromagnetic drives are suitable for dosing, transport, feeding and screening of bulk materials. Most often they are part of devices such as multi-head and linear scales, packaging machines, optical selectors or volumetric and gravimetric dispensers.
