Thyristor power controllers

In our offer we have thyristor controllers of the Italian brand MP Elettronica in smart and industrial version. Thyristor controllers are used to control vibrating feeders with magnetic drive of vibration frequency equal to netwrok frequency or doubled network frequency.

On special customer's request we have a version of two-channel controllers, i.e. with the possibility to switch the controller from fast to slow operation.

SMART version with the following models: R3FC (4A), R3FSC (4/6A), R5FC (6.3A), RV6 (6/8A) (available in metal, plastic housing or cabinet versions).

INDUSTRIAL version with the following models: CV6F (6A), Cv8F (8A), CV12F (12A), CV15F (15A), CV25F (25A) (available in metal housing or cabinet version).

Why is it worth using thyristor drivers?

The dosing oscillator must be connected to the AC mains via a thyristor supply system. Thyristor controllers are industrial automation components responsible for regulating the power supply to devices. A significant advantage of these modules with a complex electronic system is the maintenance of conduction even after the impulse ceases, until the system is turned off. Thyristor controllers are an indispensable element compensating for mains voltage fluctuations in the range of ± 10%.

Purpose of thyristor drivers

Thyristor controllers offered by us do not require a constant voltage supply, thanks to which they ensure economic operation of machines. MP Electtronica components in the smart and industrial versions have been used by many of our customers, primarily those who use precise dosing as well as in weighing processes and systems in their activities.
