1. Woven sieve
Woven screens are characterized by high clearance, easy cleaning and long life. They are made with square or rectangular meshes.
There are two weaves in the production:

Straight weave - also called canvas weave. It is usually used for woven screens. In this weave the warp wires and threads interweave with each other, running alternately
up and down. This type of weave provides the most accurate mesh.

Diagonal weave - allows to make a screen from a larger wire diameter than in straight weave at the same mesh size.
It applies in those cases where the diameter of the wire vs the mesh size is so large that the wire might not be able to withstand deformations during the weaving process in canvas weave.
In diagonal weave each wire is interwoven with two wires, running alternately, under and over them, and the next weave is shifted by one wire.
