Screw blades for buckets with screws

Project concerning screw blades for one of our regular customers, who deals with the production of agricultural machinery. Screw blades made on customer's request dedicated to feeding buckets.

Characteristics of screw blades:

- material: carbon steel S355,

- external diameter: 350 mm,

- internal diameter: 88.9 mm,

- stroke: 300 mm,

- blade thickness: 6 mm.

The bucket with a screw is used to take and feed to the feed passage. The bucket loads feeds such as: cereals, slurry, pellets, corn silage etc. Distribution of the material is carried out by means of the screw shaft mounted inside the bucket - screw driven by a hydraulic motor through a chain transmission. The feed outlet is equal to the diameter of the grain auger which significantly improves feed distribution. The outlet of the auger is ended with a gate, which is closed automatically by changing the motor speed.
