Screen cleaning balls- KUW (ball-bearing device supporting self-cleaning of the screen).  In our offer we have balls of different sizes and depending on the intended use due to industry and working temperature. Screen cleaning balls are made of solid rubber based on natural rubber (NR), silicone (MQ), nitrile (NBR), EPDM and styrene-butadiene (SBR).

Sieve balls - main applications

Cleaning the sieves of impurities that clog the sieve layers during the screening process is not the easiest one. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we offer screening balls that prevent clogging. Made of the highest quality rubber, they are used for cleaning wire screens in which various types of loose materials are fractionated. Depending on the rubber base, the balls have different physico-chemical parameters, they differ, among others hardness expressed in Sha or resilience expressed in%.

Sieve balls on request

We make sieve balls in accordance with the arrangements made with the customer. We select material and resilience based on individual parameters. As requested, we prepare models that have specific abrasion resistance and the type of material. Our screening balls come in a variety of diameters, weights and hardness. We offer professional advice on their selection.
