Rubber profiles

The rubber profile is also called: profile gasket, profile for the edge, profile for the traverses, protective gasket, profile for the screens, gasket for the screens and it is used to protect, among others, screen plates. The profile is placed at the point of contact between the screen and steel supports in the inner part of the screen, where it acts as a pad to prevent damage to the screen.

We can distinguish profiles according to their shape:

• rubber profile, type S90 and S91
• profile, type U
• other profiles according to individual arrangements with the Customer

Profiles made of the following materials depending on the application:

• silicone rubber
• EPDM
• NBR
• SBR
