Elevator buckets

Buckets for vertical belt conveyors are an economical solution for vertical transport of fine, granular, loose and ground products. We offer a wide range of elevator buckets. Buckets are available in different sizes and can be made of:

- extruded steel in galvanized or stainless steel version,

- HDPE plastic buckets made of polyethylene, characterized by low weight, resistance to abrasion as well as to sticking to the transported material.

- welded buckets are made of carbon steel, stainless steel or other steel on request.

We offer a large stock of screws known as DIN 15237 or a screw for bucket belts with dimensions: M6, M8, M10 and M12.

These screws are an indispensable element for mounting elevator buckets to belts. The product presented by us meets all requirements imposed by European standards.

We offer the product for belts in many variants, as well as made in various types of materials such as:

- A2 stainless steel,

- A4 acid resistant steel

- and strength class 5.6 / 5.8 / 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9.

Where to use our elevator buckets?

We offer a wide range of sizes and types of elevator buckets for various applications. Buckets are used in industry to transport products such as cement, lime, aggregate, coal and fertilisers. Buckets for elevators of our production are also used in agriculture for conveyors, e.g. for cereals, feed, seeds and sugar.

Why are our elevator buckets unique?

For our customers we are able to prepare elevator buckets equipped with additional reinforcements and perforations, which makes our offer even more extensive. On special request we can strengthen the rear or front wall and offer holes in the side and front walls. The buckets may vary in size, but also in material, all depending on their final use. Adapted buckets for elevators will allow uninterrupted operation of elevators and vertical conveyors.
