Order acceptance
We enter parameters from your order into the dedicated software that generates the dxf file. Then the operator, using the laser burner, burns out the steel acoording to the sent specifications and specified thickness.
Production
Using an innovative press, the screw blades are bent. Each single blade after the bending stage is subject to quality control and checked according to the parameters from the order. Our specialist screw blades minimize blade fitting errors that occur when they are made in a classic way. Thanks to this our customers gain time and money.
Delivery
You decide how the delivery will be organized. Depending on the customer's preferred guidelines, we offer customised packaging. We pack your order on a Euro pallet or in a cardboard box, securing the goods properly during transport. All orders are specially marked. You will use the marked product directly for further production, which will save you time. Our head office is located close to the exit of the A4 motorway - which will facilitate delivery to your company. The delivery time is up to 7 working days on average.
